What types of products do you offer?

We offer premium art prints in two formats: poster prints and canvas displays. Each is available in multiple sizes and frame options to suit your space.

What is the quality of your prints?

All prints are produced on demand using professional-grade materials. Poster prints use heavyweight matte paper, while canvas prints feature gallery-wrapped edges on a wooden frame.

Can I see a print before I buy it?

Every product page includes high-resolution preview images. For custom portraits, you will see an AI-generated preview before adding it to your cart.

Custom Portraits

How does the custom portrait process work?

Upload a photo, select an animal type and artistic style, add optional details like a name or message, and our AI generates a unique portrait. You will preview the result before purchasing.

What photo formats do you accept?

We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 10MB. For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo where the subject is the main focus.

How long does it take to generate a custom portrait?

The AI generation typically takes 30 to 60 seconds. You will see the result immediately on screen before deciding to purchase.

Can I make changes to my custom portrait?

You can regenerate with different style options before purchasing. Once an order is placed, the portrait is finalized for production.

Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, through our secure checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since products are printed on demand, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but our products arrive in premium packaging suitable for gifting.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery then typically takes 2–7 business days in Europe, 3–6 in the United States and 2–10 in Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship across the European Union, to the United States and to Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package in real time.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery — contact us via our contact page and we will guide you through the process. Custom portraits are personalized items and can only be returned if damaged or defective; in that case we will replace them free of charge.
