We collect information that you provide directly to us:

• Order information: name, email address, shipping address, and payment details (processed by our payment provider)
• Uploaded photos: images you upload for custom portrait generation
• Account data: information associated with your account if you create one

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Generate custom AI portraits from your uploaded photos
• Communicate with you about your orders
• Improve our products and services

These processing activities are based on the performance of the contract (order processing, portrait generation), on our legitimate interest (improving and securing our services) and, where applicable, on your consent.

Photos you upload for custom portrait generation are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of creating your portrait. We do not use your photos for training AI models, marketing, or any other purpose.

Uploaded photos are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) and are used solely to create your portrait. You can request their deletion at any time via our contact page.

We use the following third-party services to operate our business:

• WooCommerce and WooPayments (Stripe): order management and secure payment processing — your card details are handled by Stripe and never pass through our servers
• Supabase: secure image storage
• fal.ai and OpenRouter: AI generation of portraits and artwork
• Claid.ai: image upscaling for print quality
• Printful: on-demand printing and shipping — your name and address are shared with them for delivery
• Vercel and Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery

Each service processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy, and we only share the information strictly necessary for it to operate. Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data related to your orders is kept for as long as necessary to process them, then archived in accordance with our legal obligations, in particular accounting requirements. Uploaded photos can be deleted on request.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability
• Request the restriction of the processing of your data
